Sandy Kraokaew Stuvik from Thailand won both of the races for the third round of the EuroFormula Open Championship at Jerez Circuit in Spain this weekend. The Thai driver clinched pole position for the first race, in front of Polish championship leader and teammate Artur Janosz and during the race Stuvik would prove untouchable, as he gradually pulled away from the pursuing Formula 3 cars. In the end it would be Stuvik who took the win, with Artur Janosz in second and Israel’s Yarin Stern in third place. Continue reading

Bangkok–AAS Auto Service: Stuttgart. With great success, Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG has started off the year and continues to step up its deliveries, revenue and operating profit in the first three months of 2014. With 38,663 vehicles, the deliveries beat the value of the previous year by 4.5 percent. Revenue rose by one-fifth to 3.93 billion euro in the first quarter of the fiscal year. The operating profit grew by 22 percent to 698 million euro. The number of jobs, which stood at around 13,000 three years ago, rose once again and exceeded the threshold of 20,000 employees in February 2014. Continue reading
